EHB 2013 - IEEE International Conference on E-Health and BIOENGINEERING be held in Iasi, Romania, 21-23 November 2013. EHB 2013 theme covers a broad spectrum of topics from Health and Bioengineering / Biomedical Engineering, enabling researchers from various fields to participate in the presentation of the latest developments, challenges and opportunities in technology hardware / software for medical devices, instrumentation, biomedical and bio-signs imaging, biomaterials, biomechanics, biotechnology, and bioinformatics, biological systems or virtual systems, rehabilitation, medical applications in orthopedics, dentistry, etc.. The active participation of researchers, physicians, students and business people, the conference is intended as a platform for exchange of ideas between academia, industry and health and materialization into new partnerships with national and European programs.
EHB 2013 conference proceedings will be indexed in IEEE Xplore ®, Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Proceedings), Scopus and INSPEC (IET).

On behalf of the European Congress on Computational Methods in Applied Sciences and Engineering (ECCOMAS), we are pleased to announce the 3rd International Conference on Tissue Engineering (ICTE 2013) held at Leiria, Portugal, from June 6 to June 8, 2013. Leiria is a historical city with a beautiful royal castle and other ancient buildings like a 16th century Cathedral. Located near the Atlantic Ocean, the Leiria/Fátima Tourist Region has a vast and diversified cultural and historical legacy with its natural beauty, the lovely coastline, world heritage monuments or sites of pilgrimage like Fatima.
Tissue engineering is an emerging multidisciplinary field combining efforts from biology, engineering and material science methods to develop biological substitutes for restoring, maintaining, or improving tissue functions.Mathematical and Computational methods have been intensely used to investigate tissue engineering issues, and the computational mechanics research community has demonstrated a special interest in this field.
ICTE 2013 will focus on:
Understanding the fundamentals of tissue engineering;
Modelling and characterisation of scaffolds for tissue engineering;
Modelling the inter-relationships between scaffolds and cell attachment, proliferation and differentiation;
Design and development of scaffolds for tissue engineering;
Fabrication and testing of scaffolds for tissue engineering;
Cell signalling;
Computational Bone Mechanics.
Contributions are invited in all fields of Tissue Engineering.
Peer reviewed papers will be published by Elsevier through the Journal “Procedia Engineering”.

It is a pleasure and honor to invite you to the International Seminar, Biomaterials and Regenerative Medicine (International Seminar on Biomaterials & Regenerative Medicine-BioReMed'2013) and the ninth edition of Biomaterials National Symposium with international participation manifestations will be held in Iasi, from May 30 to June 2, 2013.
Historical and cultural center with a long academic tradition and scientific Iasi wants to meet on this occasion all that intelligence, big heart and talent in the field of regenerative medicine and biomaterials. "Sweet Ieşilor fair" slow city of poetry and love, will delight and museums, churches and monuments famous internationally. Dear Colleagues,
It is our great pleasure to invite you to attend the International Seminar on Biomaterials & Regenerative Medicine BIOREMED 2015, on September 17-20, 2015 (www.bioremed2015.srb.ro ).
The conference will be hosted by Felix Spa Resort – International Hotel and organized by Romanian Society for Biomaterials in partnership with University of Oradea-Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy.
The aim of this event is to connect scientists from biomaterials and tissue engineering research field with clinicians from different area of expertise (dentistry, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, cardiovascular surgery, general and aesthetic surgery) and pharmaceutical science as well. They are invited to present their results on the clinical performance of current medical devices and debates on the translation of biomaterials and tissue engineering research into clinical practice. The symposium will also host scientific sessions dedicated to advanced materials, round table discussions intended to promote interdisciplinary research projects.
A Technical Exhibition of interest for participants and exhibitors will run in parallel with the scientific sessions. The conference venue (Felix Spa Resort-International Hotel****) is one of the biggest permanent spa resorts in Romania, with geothermal mineral waters and many possibilities for hosting scientific events, located in Bihor county near Oradea.

Dear Colleagues,
It is our great pleasure to invite you at the conference International Seminar on Biomaterials and Regenerative Medicine (BioReMed 2017), in Timisoara, Romania, on 5-8 October 2017.
The conference will be organized by the Victor Babeș University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Timișoara, Faculty of Dentistry, in partnership with the Romanian Society of Biomaterials.
We feel that interdisciplinary cooperation is the pathway to evolution and would like to bring together scientists from the biomaterials and tissue engineering research field and clinicians from different areas of expertise that includes dentistry, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, cardiovascular surgery, general and aesthetic surgery, as well as pharmaceutical science. The purpose of this event is to discuss and suggest improvements in the medicine of today and tomorrow. We would like to invite you to present your results on the clinical performance of current medical devices and join in the debates on the translation of biomaterials and tissue engineering research into clinical practice. At the same time, a Technical Exhibition of interest for the participants will run in parallel with the scientific sessions.
